Our aim is to become a strong local Nordic player uniquely positioned to thrive in markets with tough international competition.
The agreement to acquire Cederroth is subject to approval by relevant competition authorities, whose decision is anticipated to be finalized in summer 2015. In the meantime, business will continue as usual, and the organizations remain highly committed to deliver strong results and serving our customers.
